Multipoint Video Conferencing

Multipoint Video Conferences allow to connect up to 16 people simultaneously so that all of them are able to see and hear each other and can work together on the documents and data.

You can enlarge or minimize each video window in this mode by simply clicking on it.

Multipoint video conferences bear same functionality and only differ by the maximum number of participants:

• 9 on 9
• 12 on 12
• 16 on 16

ZoomCall service users can hold multipoint conferences with the maximum number of participants limited to 6 persons.

This type of video conference may be useful when you need to organize and hold an on-line event like meeting, to discuss and work on the documents together, to meet friends, colleagues or relatives.

For VideoPort VCS 3.0 Users

	In order to start a multipoint video conference you need to click on button and choose a symmetric video conference. Then add users you would like to invite into your conference. If it is you who has been invited, the following window will appear:

For ZoomCall Users

	In order to start a multipoint video conference you need to click on button. Then press the Set up button. Enter name and password for a new conference Invite users from your address book to join the conference or find them by using Search If you have been invited to take part in a conference you will see the following window:
