Video Conferencing Features - Slide show

The slide show allows you to demonstrate PowerPoint® presentations, images, photos, diagrams, etc, to all of your parties during video conference of any type.

This function is used when one needs to show something to other participants quickly and without losing time for explanations on the location of the file, the page number, etc.

How it works

In order to start the slide show during a video conference click on the icon.
Thus you will open the slide show window where you can create or open the already existing set of slides.

To create a new slide show open its window:

Click on "open folder" to load existing slide show set or on "add media" button to create a new one.

When the set is ready and the slides are arranged as you want them to be just click on "Start" to begin broadcast of your slides to every participant of a current conference.

Every participant will receive an invitation to join your slide show. If you are invited to take part in a slide show session you will see the following window.

Once invitation is accepted a slide show playback window will appear containing the current active slide.

Only creator of a set can switch between slides, all this actions will be immidiately translated to parties, so they could see what you see. Only one slide show session can be performed at a time.

To stop a slide show and terminate all playback windows on party sides the creator can simply click on the "Stop" button. You as a party have the right to close playback window at any time or resume it by clicking on a Slide Show button on the main window.
